Description

Immunogensynthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal of human CRF (amino acids 25-41 with N-terminally added lysine) conjugated to KLH.
SpecificityThe antibody does not cross-react with human or rat CRF (6-33), sheep CRF, rat urocortin, PACAP38, human ACTH, human ACTH (18-39) and sauvagine.
Physical formSolution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
